As the name implies, Woodbine Southwest works on projects in the southwestern region of the United States. Based in Phoenix, we draw on our knowledge of the region as well as the expertise of the entire Woodbine Development family.

Our projects include properties such as The Westin Kierland, Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas, Kierland Plaza Lofts, and Hyatt Place Phoenix / Gilbert. And while these properties are diverse in their offering, they share the goals of usability, sustainability and sophistication set by Woodbine on the outset of each project.

Hunt Realty Investments

Woodbine has associations with experts in multiple segments of the real estate industry through Hunt Realty Investments, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated, Inc., and “sister company” to Hunt Oil Company. Hunt Realty Investments was established in 1991 to allow expansion of the company’s real estate investment activity. In addition to its Woodbine partnership, subsequent partnerships have been added to Hunt Realty’s portfolio. Other Hunt family real estate investment entities include Hunt-Woodbine Realty Corporation; Bon Terre, which specializes in single-family residential development; and Argent Property Company, a developer of industrial land and warehouse properties.
