Each member of the Woodbine team brings a wide range of skills and knowledge to every project, but it’s what happens when we're brought together that sets us apart.

At Woodbine, we've created an organizational structure that emphasizes individual responsibility, authority and accountability. Each member of the team has experience with virtually every phase of project development — from architecture and engineering to financing and asset management. Sometimes we’re asked, “With such a small team, and with so many responsibilities for each player, who reports to whom?” Our answer, “We report to the project.” In fact, we like to say that rather than an organizational chart, we have a responsibility chart. We’re a group of self-starters with a common purpose and direction. We’re dedicated, detail-oriented and driven to succeed for our clients, partners and projects.
