Bear Creek Golf Club also features two 3,825-square-foot pavilions and a 3,760-square-foot clubhouse. The course made Golf Digest’s “Best Places to Play” list, earning four stars in 2008 and 2009.

Woodbine handled asset management and construction/renovation management of the properties until they were sold.
