Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land is the first new-build, corporate-owned Hyatt Place hotel in Sugar Land and opened in November 2010. The 214-room hotel was designed with today’s multi-tasking business travelers in mind. A balanced mix of comfortable and functional amenities allow guests with a “24/7” lifestyle to merge personal and professional activities.

Hyatt Place Houston/Sugar Land is part of Lake Pointe, a vibrant mixed-use community at the crossroads of U.S. Highway 59 and Texas Highway 6. Guests may cross a pedestrian land bridge to popular upscale local restaurants. The hotel is near Sugar Land’s City Hall; the University of Houston at Sugar Land; Methodist Hospital Sugar Land; and upscale retail, residential and office space along U.S. Highway 59.
