Hyatt Regency DFW is “Business First Class,” offering the full scope of amenities that seasoned business travelers expect. Above and beyond providing project management and asset management, Woodbine worked closely with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in overseeing the property’s total renovation and repositioning between 2007 and 2009. One of the hotel’s two towers was demolished in 2001 to make way for an airport-owned Grand Hyatt Hotel.
“Handling of the Hyatt Regency DFW in 1986, on behalf of our client, Hunt Realty Investements, Inc., was one of our toughest political undertakings: The hotel itself is in one city’s municipal jurisdiction but sits on land owned by two others and managed by appointed officials from three cities. And we’re proud to say we made the project work and learned a lot in the process.”
