Wolfdancer is one of many attractions at Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, which Woodbine created from 405 acres along the Colorado River.
Woodbine continues to serve as managing general partner of the ownership team and has served as the developer, project, construction and asset manager on the project, which opened in 2006. Woodbine holds 251 acres adjacent to the resort for future development.
