Indian Creek Ranch

Project Highlights

1992 - Ownership of Indian Creek Ranch donates 92 acres for right-of-way for the State Highway 121 Bypass to the Texas Department of Transportation. That donation allows work to commence on the bypass, which a regional task force considered crucial to the area’s development.
