Fossil Creek Information Center
After most of the land was sold in Fossil Creek, the barn was sold to restaurant operator Chris Carroll, who discovered the place while catering a Woodbine event there. Today, the single-story horse barn that some developers might have torn down is home to Shady Oak Barbeque & Grill, which opened in 2002.
