Opened in 2006, Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa between Austin and Bastrop, is a full-service destination resort “at crossroads of nature and history.” The resort encompasses 405 acres adjacent to the 1,100-acre McKinney Roughs Nature Park and features a mile frontage on the Colorado River, an interpretive trail system for both hiking and equestrian uses and an outdoor waterpark. The resort has 492 guest rooms, 61,000 square feet of indoor function space, an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Arthur Hills/Steve Forrest Associates and the full-service Spa Django.
