The Hunt Headquarters encompasses 480,609 square feet of dedicated space on 14 floors for Hunt Consolidated, Inc., and its various enterprises.

The building consists of open and private office spaces, a conference center, training facilities, and a central communication center. The Treaty Room will take advantage of the downtown views from the upper levels of the building and offer employee dining and catered food service from the adjacent full-service kitchen. Accommodations on each floor include multiple conference rooms, coffee service and copyfax areas. LEED certification for this project is targeted.

Limited underground development offers secured parking as well as service and mechanical support. Loading and service access are available along the south side of the building directly off Munger Avenue. The balance of the site includes a plaza with waterscape features and extensive plantings in keeping with the neighboring museums and the nearby Cumberland School.

The complex also includes a structured parking garage directly to the south at 1818 North Akard. This seven level structure offers visitor and employee parking with a secured pedestrian skybridge connection over Munger Avenue to the main building for employee and visitor access.
