Woodbine Southwest Corporation is an innovative custom developer dedicated to building sophisticated, sustainable community destinations. Each Woodbine Southwest project is uniquely tailored to meet the needs of its location.

The company is an affiliate of Dallas-based Woodbine Development Corporation, and was established in 1990 to provide on-site project management and marketing of the 730-acre Kierland master-planned community in Northeast Phoenix. The Phoenix office draws on the same experience and expertise of Woodbine Development veterans, who have been developing quality hospitality and mixed-use/retail destinations for more than 30 years.

Since the successful development of Kierland, Woodbine Southwest has made a name for itself in the Southwest. The developer has had the opportunity to work on a number of other mixed-use and hospitality projects in the region, including the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort now the Loews Lake Las Vegas Resort and Kierland Commons.
