Plaza Lofts is a six-story condominium tower on an existing three-story parking garage containing 84 condominium units ranging from 1,100 S.F. to 4,000 S.F. The first phase of 30 condominium units were sold out prior to start of construction. The next phase of development will be an additional 54 units for sale and available for occupancy in November 2007. Plaza Lofts is the most recent addition to the Kierland Project.
